I required the repair of a staircase that had fallen which was built by another contractor when my house was built. While the original contractor nor the builder wanted anything to do with the repair, Treads By Design came in and quickly addressed the issue. Treads By Design went above and beyond the surface issue and obtained the plans for my house to determine if there were any other potential problems that needed to be addressed.
